Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery for instructions on how to return the item for a full refund, provided it is in identical condition to what we send. If it's been longer than 30 days since tracking shows it's been delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the request.
The cost of shipping the returned item will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

If you wish to exchange something because of sizing or preference, you will need to send the item back to us and pay for return shipping to you. If the mistake was ours we will cover all of the above costs.

We are not responsible for any delivery service's inability to deliver to the address you supply. If any item is returned to the sender, we will refund the amount of the item only. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods if tracking indicates the package was delivered, or is unable to deliver to the address you provide. Please double check the address on your order before placing it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
